We ship to Italy and all European Union countries.

All orders are shipped via DHL. Our standard delivery method is curbside delivery: the product is delivered to street level at the address provided at checkout, without access to the interior of the building. Unloading, transportation inside the
building, delivery to upper floors and any assembly services are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For additional services, such as inside delivery, delivery by appointment or assembly, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

Shipments are insured during transit until delivery.In order for us to correctly manage any insurance claim, please follow the instructions provided in the section Damage in transit.

For particularly bulky, fragile or logistically complex products, Italian Radical Design reserves the right to confirm dedicated shipping conditions before processing the order.

For items available in stock, the estimated transit time is 10–20 business days from the date of shipment. For made-to-order, custom-made or personalized items, estimated production times are indicated on the individual product page.
All timeframes refer to business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude public holidays, company closures, courier delays or circumstances beyond the control of Italian Radical Design.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your delivery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct, complete and accessible delivery address. In the event of failed delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address, absence of the recipient, impossibility of accessing the delivery location, failure to collect the shipment or any other circumstance attributable to the customer, any storage, redelivery, return-to-sender or new shipment costs shall be borne by the customer. If the product is returned to Italian Radical Design following failed delivery for reasons attributable to the customer, the customer service team will contact the customer to arrange a new delivery or to agree on the appropriate handling of the order.

Upon delivery, the customer is required toi nspect the integrity of the outer packaging and of the product carefully. In the event of visible damage to the packaging, missing packages, open, wet, crushed or otherwise altered packaging, the customer must immediately report this to the delivery courier and accept the delivery with specific reservation, indicating the damage observed on the delivery document.

Any damage in transit must be reported to Italian Radical Design within 5 business days of receipt, by writing to customercare@italianradical.design, and attaching photographs of the outer packaging, inner protective materials, the damaged product, a copy of the delivery document with reservation, the order number. Failure to report damage in transit within the timeframe indicated above shall result in the loss of the right to request a return or replacement due to transport damage.

In accordance with European consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumer customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from that date of delivery, without providing any reason. For orders consisting of multiple products delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the date of delivery of the last product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Italian Radical Design of their decision within 14 days from receipt of the product.

The customer must send an explicit statement including at least: full name, order number, product subject to withdrawal, date of receipt of the product, e-mail address used for the order, telephone number, return or collection address, explicit statement of the intention to withdraw from the purchase. Once the withdrawal request has been received, Italian Radical Design will provide the customer with the operational instructions for returning the product.

The customer should not ship the product before receiving confirmation and operational instructions from the customer service team.

After notifying Italian Radical Design of the withdrawal, the customer must return the product within the following 14 days.
The product is considered returned within the deadline if it is handed over to the courier within that period.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned:

• intact
• unused
• complete with all parts, accessories and documentation
• in its original packaging
• with tags, labels, seals or identification systems still attached, where present
• properly packed for transport

Italian Radical Design reserves the right to refuse returns if the returned product is used, damaged, incomplete, missing the original packaging, missing tags or seals (if present), or does not comply with the conditions above.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order, custom-made or personalized products created specifically at the customer's request.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any additional costs connected with the return, including packaging costs, insurance, storage fees, custom duties or import charges, where applicable, shall also be borne by the customer.

The refund of the product price will be processed within 14 days from receipt of the returned product and verification that the product complies with the conditions set out in this policy. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Returns sent without prior communication of withdrawal or without confirmation from the customer service team will not be accepted.
Any products returned without authorization may be shipped back to the customer, with shipping costs borne by the customer.
