Description
ROME

The name “Roma” makes reference to the monuments of that city, referencing its architecture as well as the ancient imperial thrones portrayed in flamboyant Hollywood films.

Roma, with its massive, solid and chunky form, designed by Marco Zanini in 1986, is an armchair in reinforced fiberglass and polyester with an iridescent finish, available in green or silver.

Taking inspiration from grand marble thrones, Roma replaces the padding of traditional armchairs with the decorativity of fiberglass, which contributes to a strong expressive character, in line with the Memphis spirit.
